shows you Android users worldwide on a map. Find out who has a phone near you or where other Androids hang around in the world.Only users who at least started the app once can be tracked. So please help to spread. Come back by time and see how the Android world is growing

would help if people put short descriptions of apps they are using, for others looking for similar apps and searching in the future.

    Lock Delay

"... allows you to set an idle timeout period before the system unlock keyguard pattern will be enabled."

This is a godsend if you want to make use of the keygaurd security, BUT are driven mad by having to swype the keyguard 20 times a day yourself. You can rest assured in the knowledge that you phone will lock AFTER the timeout period you set. So if you phone is nicked, it will be locked, but you don't have to unlock it 20 times a day yourself.

Thanks so much for the recommendation. It's a dollar worth spending. I am surprised that android can't do this on its own, but this app works great.
For everyone else, the app works in the background. The unlock screens are normal android ones. You can have the regular unlock screen on for like 10 minutes, then have it lock the screen after that. I have it set to an hour. Now I can have a better passcode and not have to enter it every few minutes if I'm checking things off and on.

As for apps, I don't download a lot, mostly because I usually don't have the phones for long. But, here are the ones I like:

Google Sky Map -- I just love this thing.
Spending Monitor -- I use this to keep a record of business purchases.
Bambuser -- Sometimes I just have to share.
PhoneMyPC -- I know, seems a bit self interested to promote our own app, but really, we're all handling email, coding, checking forums, ALL the time. I find it easier to access my 3-monitor PC while at dinner than try to get all those accounts open on the phone.
    PhoneMyPC for 10 Bucks? LOL!!!!
