    PDF Viewer

Is there a way to directly access the PDF viewer built into the N1? I know it is there because I can view PDF attachments.

    Thanks

Nope, when I open a PDF attachment in Gmail the PDF downloads and then I can open it for viewing. But I can't find direct access to it. It seems to be built-in to 2.1.

I don't see this app on my phone. Is this something you downloaded from the app store? It doesn't appear in the apps under settings yet I can still view PDF attachments. How do you directly access the quick office app to read PDFs stored on the SD or is this not possible and I should just email myself any PDFs I want to read?

    Thanks

typically quick office just opens apps based on the file association. i have not seen a direct method for opening any of the quick office apps. there's probably nothing built into the app to allow you to browse a file to open (similar to the exclusion of a file browser for the device).

No need to email them, just get the ASTRO file manager. When you tap on a PDF file, it will open, just like the "preview" button does in the Gmail app.
