How many apps can N1 handle?

Does anyone have a feel for the average file size for the apps. I am sure there is a range from small to large but with the 190mb limit allocated on the phone to store apps, I am wondering how many apps it would take to fill that up.

    Any info would be appreciated

Very hard question to answer, as all the app (good / bad or indifferent) have varied file size.

If all your apps were say 1mb + / - you would get about 180ish apps.
If all your apps were say 300kb + / - you would get about 600ish apps.

It all depends on files size, hope that helps.

Hopefully if i heard what was true, that once they get better security on the apps that we will be allowed to install apps on our sd card. I only see one problem with that, people going crazy on downloading apps, and slowing down the phone. But who knows, i just heard nothing is confirmed.

This was stated during the intro press conference, though no time frame was given for to be available.

I would boldly say that you couldn't fill it up [with apps you would actually ever use].
