Search the Market for "Skype" and you can find Skype Lite Beta.

I'm sure there are a few programs that will support MSN, but I prefer to use AgileMessenger. It supports ICQ, MSN, AIM, Yahoo!, Jabber, GoogleTalk, and Facebook chat. I paid (a lot) for a version of it when I was using Windows Mobile a few years ago and would pay for it again if they find a way to keep it connected. It currently disconnects when it needs memory...

But isn't there a program that supports both skype and MSN?

I think Nimbuzz is the one I'm looking for..

I found that neither ebuddy or fring supports group conversation very well.
