Overwrites the kernel. When you flashed UV Kernel before it'll be gone after flashing the Desire Cam.
Hope theres a solution soon.

This is what I use on my Nexus One (ROM, Kernel, special Apps)
yeah, i'm not flashing that until i can use my oc'd and uv'd kernel with it.
