Restore to Factory Rom...Where to get the Rom ?

Sorry if this is a duplicate post, searched and found nothing...

Finally about to take the plunge and root...Question is where do I find the factory N1 Rom ( stock Rom ) if I decide to switch back ( maybe when flash is released ).

Also, read that you can back up your existing Rom during the root process...Is the back-up a secondary app to install ? how is the back-up done ?

I think that's hosted over at Modoco....yep, here:
