It looks to be optimized specifically for cyanogen 5.0.6.

Is this flashed after installing v5.0.6? Any other install tips? Do I need to watch out for anything in particular?

    Thanks.

yup.. flash after CM v5.0.6. I did it via fastboot then pushed the bcm4329.ko with adb, but there are 2 options for install. Just follow the instructions on the link provided. Then install SetCPU to OC and set up your profiles. You can get the free version here:
    SetCPU for Root Users [1.5.1a] 04/02/2010 - xda-developers
The first time you run SetCPU, you'll have to enable root permission (always) and since you're running a custom OC kernel, select the "autodetect device" option near the bottom.

@SliceBurgSlim- thanks for the heads up...I was using the NEON build for the last 3 days without any issues, but the page now says to not use the NEON version with CM v5.0.6! Switched to the VFPv3 build now... THANKS!

yeah, maybe i'll give it a go after CM v5.0.6.1 is released...right now i'm really satisfied with the performance and stability i'm getting out of pershoot's kernel. with the intersectRaven kernel, are there really any detectable improvements over the pershoot kernel?

Well its undervolted so it should give better performance but honestly I have not noticed much of a difference. Plus pershoot has updated the kernel on the op so I think ima check that one out today.
