About LinkBacksIt is stuck on the x with the lock on the bottom. I flashed modaco's desire rom. I do not know how to fix this. I wiped more than once. it is only having a problem with this rom.

It is stuck on the x with the lock on the bottom. I flashed modaco's desire rom. I do not know how to fix this. I wiped more than once. it is only having a problem with this rom.
Hopefully you have a nandroid backup to go to?
You said you did a wipe did you wipe the dalvick cache?
Did you try pulling the battery?

First pull battery, then re-insert, power on phone. If you still get stuck in a boot loop, put the phone back into recovery(hold volume down while pressing power) wipe everything EXCEPT SD CARD!
Then reflash the desire rom. This is a common problem with custom rom's a second flashing normally corrects it.

Turns out the radio from froyo wasn't compatible with the ROM
