    should i flash the zip-file that we name update.zip?

    You want to flash a ROM not "re-root" the phone. There were 2 files, it's the second one. That's the one to flash.

    Just to ensure you have the right file, you ca nre-download it from here:
    Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!. Then rename it update.zip

    i can do that by going to recovery mode and goign to flash sd right?

    Yes, that will do it. I'm assuming you have ClockWorkMod recovery installed? I mentioned installing Rom Manager from the Market... this will give you ClockWorkMod Recovery.

    So you just boot into recovery mode & select "apply sdcard:update.zip" and let it install. Again, do a nandroid from the recovery screen first!!

    Problem is, my SD card is not accesible through the USB. Thoughts? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Do you have USB Debugging selected. Settings/Apps/Development
