Downloaded one touch and worked like a charm. I have played around with both the Cyanogen Mod and the stock 2.2, and I added the Samsung Live Wallpapers to the stock 2.2 using the ClockworkMod included with ROM Manager Premium and that works flawlessly, including the GPU intensive Ocean. I also installed Titanium Backup, so it took more time to download all the apps again than anything else when loading up the Cyanogen Mod. One of the features I'm digging is the H for the HSPA+ that apparently has now been turned on here in Denver, I'll have to confirm speed tests later. Now comes the fun part of setting up the 7 screens again like I had, and enabling Swype again. Good thing I love playing with my phone. :nexusx:

Trying to get all my settings the way they were before. I just noticed that I dont have wi-fi tethering like I had before.
what ROM are u using? did u use titanium backup to backup ur settings/apps/data?
I am using cyanogen. I did use titanium backup and i hit restore but its nothing like it was before. Is there a one button that restores everything at once?

Oh and my firmware version now says 2.1. Is that normal? Do I now have to manually update to froyo? I installed cyanogen 5.0.8 the stable version.

Sounds simple, but can't buy from market. Hehe, so I think that changes half of those steps.

well then u will have to download the latest cm 6.0 from xda forum and put in ur SD card, there's an option on rom manager that lets u inistall from SD card. forgot to mention before u flash the rom make sure u do a backup using rom manager.

If your talking about Titanium Backup just get the free then upgrade to the paid before you go on. It's worth it.
