    LOL.

We may need to hide the last few pages of this thread from Aseem. Poor guy may have a heart attack.
I was thinking the same thing earlier in this thread.....

I'm just so glad that it's a happy ending story!

If I select Reboot into Recovery the backup/restore then backup, it starts backing up. I have been thru all options in recovery, including Advanced and then some. Not there. CWM V2.5.0.7

    Do you have Amon also?

That was my mistake. It shows up in the upper left hand corner before you select backup or restore. check the pic above. when you select backup or restore, you are doing a Nandroid backup or a Nandroid Restore.

Wow, you are fast on screenshots. I have that, but what i mean is I have no nandroid folder in cwm. But, in Amon there is a folder called nanroid where my backups are. Just semantics, I guess. It's all good.

I think with all the recoveries out there Nandroid is becoming a generic term.

    Happy Flashing.

PS: With that knowledge, it shouldn't matter if anyone flashes Amon or not. I thought when you all were saying nandroid backup you were referencing a folder by that name to choose. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

It's been kind of like a rooting campaign lately. We've brought over quite a few non-rooters to being a rooter within the past week. Lets keep it up =).

@Rugmankc its cool man we just had our terms confused.

@Sheanzy I agree its pretty awesome. I think this forum will become a great place for people to learn how to root without fear of being flamed like on XDA
