Ok so everytime I do a back up of ROM say like for this one I want save it CM6 I will have both my Stock Froyo and CM6 on deck right?

Yes that is exactly correct. I always keep at least 3 backups on the SD at all times just in case. They are seperated by date (or whatever you decide to name your backup)
You can also save different roms like this too. effectively turning your phone into a Transformer. Autobot if you are like Aseems...Decepticon if you are like me![]()

Also Truth,
This Kernel can be flashed in recovery. Its SuperSimple. Just throw it on the Root of you SD Card. Then Nandroid Backup.
After that just Select Install zip from Sdcard/Choose zip from sdcard/select the Kernel zip and confirm it.
Thats it!
