Quick question: I just rooted and went with cm c3, but I didn't know you had to manually update the radio, too. Is that something I can do now that I'm already on CM rc3, or would that brick the phone?

also, which radio version is the "good" one? Thanks!

If, you already had froyo, you don't need to update your radio.

Go to settings>About Phone> And look at your Baseband Version. If it ends in 12_7, you don't need to update the radio.
Come here little sheep; I have a nice juicy apple for you!

I see that I am running that radio version, so is that supposed to be the new and improved radio?

There is a Korean Nexus One radio that is "supposedly" better. However, I have read conflicting results from various posters. If your 3g is good and don't have any problems, then I wouldn't eff with it.
Now if you're feeling adventurous and have titanium balls, then there's a link on the first page. Good luck and do some research on it.

    EDIT:
There's no link on the first page, sorry.
    Here you go.

BTW I'm perfectly happy with my current 12_7 radio and don't wanna mess with the Korean radio......for now

I have crazy bad reception problems, and that's why I went with cm in the first place. I've tried to do research, but there's a lot of stuff out there, and it's not all good.

Well, if you decide to try it, I edited my previous post with a link to the xda forum where you can get the radio. Lemme know how it works out for ya.
