Hay, thanks for clear instructions, i have done all steps with no problems , but at last one when rebooting and restart, it did switch off and never back on. tried switching it on, but nothing happens.
Help.
acuarium,
Not that I am aware of.
I don't like having phone plugged into pc when rooting and flashing a recovery
If the phone is in a bootloop you should be able to hold down pwr, vol-, trackball at same time until it boots into the bootloader screen. 3 androids at bottom. You can then navigate to recovery and select it. It should take you to recovery screen and an option to restore a backup from sdcard, if you made one. I don't know what all that stuff you listed means. If no one has a good idea, you can post ALL your details on the XDA Nexus One Q&A Forum.
I am not familiar with the one click method. But if you get into recovery it should list which one you have and, some help here, I think you need Superuser on phone to be rooted. Not sure if so for one click. But, if you get phone back up you could dl an app from Market that only works on rooted phones like Root Explorer. If you can not get into recovery you have none and something went wrong. It is fixable, just need someone with more experience.

Try the pwr, vol-, trackball at same time like I mentioned above. Or, pull battery first.

@toprpm
U have manually back up your rom and then rename it accordingly.

From your post you need to read up more and learn more about Titanium Backup (TB) and your recovery.
TB only backs up apps and system data. I prefer to do it manually. If you restore apps from TB after flashing a rom, ONLY restore missing apps and data, NO system data. Some people just restore each manually as needed. You will have apps from previous rom still on phone under TB. I usually delete them.
Which recovery do you have. That is what backs up all of phone, apps-system data--settings etc. It is a full disk image. That's why it is so important to do asap and often. A tip--after dl'ing roms to phone and flashing, delete them. Saves memory. And, I only keep two backups on phone. Any others I want, I move to my laptop. I do backup my sdcard regulary too. I have lost mine at least thre times in this great world of flashing roms.
If you have questions on using your recovery, just ask us.
