You need a kernel that has high MHZ either the 1267 or the 1221. You most likely got the 1113 which is it's highest.

Anyone having problems with usb tethering with this kernel? My phone keeps restarting after 10 minutes of use. Wifi tethering seems to work fine. At first I though it was the 5.08 radio I installed but its not. Still happening with the stock CM6 radio.

    Hey Guys,

I have decided to install another Kernel.

    The same one Sheanzy uses.

I seem to have the odd problem here and there.

    So now using,

    2.6.35 - SVS-950mV-CFS-AIX-720P-NoAB-1267mhz.

Let you guys know in a few days.

    Thanks,

    Gezza.

I an in the same boat. Had switched to a bfs kernel to see if there was any difference in smoothness. Started getting all kinds of annoying lil issues so I switched back to the kernel you speak of. No problems now

I switched to one of Wildmonks kernels a couple days ago and after a few tweaks the phone only uses 1% battery in standby and is now easily lasting through the day for me.

    I am on 2.6.35.4-950mV-CFS-SVS-AIX-720p-1228MHZ-Monks-082710-TEST

This kernel with SetCPU and Setting Profiles have helped manage performance with battery life.

This must be flashed in recovery. Just place it on the Root of your SD card, make a Nandroid backup, and Flash zip from SD in recovery. Simple as that.

Some kernels you will find buggy. He has a lot of kernels that are TEST kernels. Just keep that in mind .
