Do NOT try this (without a nAndroid) :
xda-developers - View Single Post - [PROJ] Get AOSP Dialer/Contacts easy install

"Put them in /system/app and change the permissions to match the other apps in /system/app
command for correct permissions: chmod 644 /system/app/{name of app}.apk"

    adb devices
    adb remout
    adb push Contacts.apk /system/app
    adb push ContactsProvider.apk /system/app
    adb push Phone.apk /system/app
    adb shell
    su
    chmod 644 /system/app/Contacts.apk
    chmod 644 /system/app/ContactsProvider.apk
    chmod 644 /system/app/Phone.apk
    exit
    exit
    adb reboot

FYI, I'm trying to get the stock phone dialer back on Sense UI... still.
I know it can be done. It is called the AOSP Dialer for those daring enough to Google it.

    dragongunner,

Got to try the Tron Theme, awesome.

[THEME] Sense by Cubanaso - xda-developers

Read the thread, you get the wallpaper by right clicking on it and saving to phone. I didn't figure that out at first. I put all my icons into folders with Folder Organizer and have clean screens, allowing the great theme in the center to be seen. He says dl Wallpaper Set from Market for easier application, but don't think you need it. I do have it though.

The drocap covers a pic of a house I use for my Homescreen icon. There are one to two folders on each of my 7 pages for the clean look.

That's pretty cool... I totally bork'd my phone (on purpose mind you) and I'm already back to where I was before. Hopefully, slightly more knowledgeable.

    Ken,

I have the tron theme on my phone. I showed all the themes to my wife and she wants the Rouge theme. IMO not as nice but hey its not my phone.

I love the tron theme. Tis my fav.
