backup and rooting?
Hey guys,
A few months ago, I wiped my phone of all it's data.
When I signed back in with my google account, it brought all my apps back (which I didn't know it did, I know it does contacts but WOW)
So, if I root, it will obviously clear my phone of all it's memory but will it go back when I sign in with my account? I know that's a silly question but I wanna make sure!

Rooting itself does not format or wipe your device. It just installs a SuperUser app that lets you run Root apps such as Titanium Backup. Flashing a ROM is when you would Wipe and Clear and basically start from square one.
