+1 i hate the icons on this thing. i would also prefer to have the apps in a drawer seperate from the widgets but i'll stick with it till cm6.1 or if a dev does something about the icons. who switches back and forth from the stock launcher and launcher pro in miui?

The thing is, if this is a foretaste of gingerbread, some people ( especially those who refuse to root!) are going to have to come to terms with a more iphoney phone.

I'm loving the way beautiful widgets goes well with this rom. It's one way of keeping the whole experience from being an iclone.

Alright, I'm getting over the stupid rounded square icons.

This ROM is soooooo fast. I take it there is some over clocking going on? I think i read not to use SetCPU. Also, trackball notifications are a little wonky, but I think I got it to work. Weird that there are trackball settings under settings that don't work so use trackball alert pro. Love the

Just found Trackball wake under Settings - Display.

Using Launcher Pro Plus and it is smooth. Love the app drawer bounce and smoothness. I hope battery life is good, so far I think this will be a keeper.

If only I can find decent Sense widget replacements. Android Agenda Widget is first and foremost. What about a scrollable picture widget? Friendstream replacement? I think People plus and of course Beautiful Widgets will be making an appearance.

I use Google Voice for everything including SMS. Is there a way to change the default app launch when you "pull" the sms button on the lock screen?

    Ha!! All of them!!!
    I have a nAndroid of CM6-Nightly188, NXSense1.20, MIUIv0.9.30, MicroModv1.6, RoDrIgUeZ Sense, and now RoDrIgUeZ MIUI v1.1!

And I switch back and forth constantly. I usually go back to eViL's NXSense as it has been the most stable, but I really like MIUI's speed. Not sure if I can make it without Sense widgets though...

    Hey Nick,

    I changed over from CM6 Stable to Enomther`s TheOfficial Nexus1 - v2.12.4.

It is very smooth and has less FC.

    Did you try this Rom?

Just wondering if you did, where did it stack up.

The amount of Roms avail now are making my head spin.

    Gezza.
