Just Rooted. What are your favorite custom roms?

I just rooted my Nexus One via Super One Click. What are your favorite custom roms? I'm looking forward to trying a few.

I read that with CyanogenMod you have to install the Google apps separately after installing the rom. Is that the case with all custom roms?

    Thanks!

I have not tried the Gingerbread-based one, But I would recommend Cyanogen Mod. I am in the process of updating to 6.1.1 Stable but maybe I should rethink my action and try out the AOSP Gingerbread..

Lol. Picking your ROM flavor is definitely the best part. As a fully stable version though, I would still say Cyanogen.
