    Well to get that you will need root access so if you do not want to root your phone then you are stuck if you do want to root your phone then search this forum for ways to root and come back and ask your question because on a stock phone you can't get the rotating feature.

    i have copy that file to the location mentation.
    how do i set the permissin ?

    do i need to connect to PC ?

    I use Root Explorer, long press on the file and a menu pop up, click Permissions

    I heard you can do it with ES explorere also(freeware)

    Well in I didn't check the file you need to add into what folder but according to the EStrong app you need to be running cyanogen to use the root explorer function so I'm not sure that works.

    Estrongs will let you do some system changes, but it doesn't seem to have an option to change permissions (just list them).
    Use Root Explorer, or you can do it through Terminal or adb, etc...
