Install a custom recovery via fastboot, then you can install anything you want, or root what you already have... xD

Let me know if you need help?

After rooting, the You Tube icon has vanished. Though, it shows installed when I check the list of all the applications. Going to the Market it shows installed. So can't use it on N! 2.3.4. What to do?

Uninstall the Youtube app with Titanium or eStrongs file manager, reboot, then re-install from the Market...

Thanks for guiding...It did not install 'Titanium'. But I'm running ES File Explorer. How will that work to uninstall 'You Tube' ? Where will it be? Can't find it with search.
If I find it can I just delete it. Or is that wrong to do?

    Sorry...toooooo many small questions :-)

If you can wipe data and cache and uninstall, then just do it from there...
