Exclamation Can't get N1 to be recognized by ./adb devices

I don't have a clue what to do from here. I've installed the android sdk and have my phone in fastboot usb. I've navigated to the correct directory with /cd platform tools, then ./adb devices and I get nothing. I assume if I can get ./adb devices to show my phone then I will be able to flash my phone.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
