Other than my phone melting into a pile of goo, I haven't noticed anything since I installed it three weeks ago!

Ok. I'm sick of this. I just can't get any version of MIUI post Gingerbread to work downloading/installing files. Titanium, Android market...anything. It just goes into a soft boot every time.

I know I'm not the only one with this problem, but no one has offered any advice. Am I in the wrong forum? Should I go over to xda or miui formums for advice?

Ok. I just went to MIUI dev forums and there are many people on there with the same problems. It appears that clockworkmod is the problem. They are also mention something about reformatting the partition. If that means backing it up and reloading I'm not ready to do that. The last time i did that it took hours and i don't have the time for that right now.

I'm just going to go into rom manager, flash amon ra. wipe all my caches again and see if that works. The latest miuiu.dev mod looks just too good to pass up. I really want to go back to miui.

I think I'll be sticking with Rod's 2.9.0 for a loooong time. It's almost perfect in terms of stability and features I like. The GB MIUI doesn't have 720p video nor FM, not that I use those things but it's a sign of the kernel development and stability. I tried stock MIUI a few weeks ago and it was nothing but grief so back to Rod's I went.

RodsMod did all of the same things that MIUI dev mod does for me.

I tried amon ra. It didn't make any difference for me.

I gave it several tries last night. I tried everything but to reformat my sd card. "Not gonna do that. Wouldn't be prudent."
