If you can see the contents of the SD when you type "ls", the card must be mounted...

I suspect something is wrong with the flash_image files - it was very weird that you guys had a .zip our a .bin on the end...

Try downloading the flash_image file again...

I would try and download the file from the link that ken posted a little while back (i.e. Nexus One/Recovery Images - XDA-Developers) scroll down to where it says "For locked bootloader - flash_image using Terminal" step 4. It will be a .zip extract it and it should come up as a just a file (that is what it did for me).

Why don't you just use ROM Manager?

Use ROM Manager to install Amon, and then get rid of ROM Manager...

Are you sorted yet? I've been real busy--

    Can't believe it didn't work

Yes, I believe if you flash amon with CW and reboot for any reason you will revert back to CW

Sounded earlier that you had an sdcard not mounted prompt--there's a command line for that

The only other thing to try is to re dl DR's links just in case you got a bad dl

    You really want amon ra

You could try it thru Fastboot also-commands a little different--
