    I know you can do it from fastboot not sure about recovery though but I'm pretty sure you can but why would you want to do it like that instead of just passimg?

    Oh cause until I get my laptop fixed or replaced I'm stuck with my phone,and it never works when I rename and move it on the phone for some reason.
    Just thought I might be able to flash them threw recovery

    You can. It just needs to be a flashable zip. ROM Manager used to include a few stock images, but they don't appear to be there any more...
