Thanks for the info! I didn't have any of the apps listed but I will keep "LookOut" just for this reason!

I think 50 or so apps out of the tens of thousands of apps is not too bad. I think Google is doing a better job control the quality of apps and them having malicious programming.

What's sad though is the very thing we used and loved to one click our phones to root them was the very thing that did people in and made them vulnerable.

Thanks for the info & thankfully I haven't installed any of the malware apps. I'm using AVG Antivirus, Is that enough or is LookOut better?

I'm not sure I really don't use any anti virus program. I just downloaded the app to make sure there was no malicious program. after that I just uninstalled it because I really don't download apps like that in the first place. I just stick to what I know

Which it's bad to me isn't the amount or the % of infected apps .. it's the issue itself .. it's like having a virus in Linux ( which exist ) coz been free out of Micro$oft domain it's that good that having to worried wbout malware or whatever in the Android world it's just sad ..

What's goind to happen in the future when you run an Android PC or Android phone/PC capale ?
