select reboot bootloader
This is a discussion on nexus 1 froze during update yesterday within the Nexus One Introductions forums, part of the Nexus One category; select reboot bootloader...
sorry again ezee---but the phone---somehow reverted back to the 1st choices and i selected 'recovery' then the screen turns black---and in the center is an 'exclamation mark in a yellow triangle with a green robot next to it----and it seems to freeze there----put batt in and out again----same choices--- same results--
you have been taking so much time trying to help me---and it[or i] keeps screwing up]
you want the android with the "!" then from there i believe you restart the phone holding the power button and the trackball... if i remember correctly.
I have the same issue too and tried to hold down both the power and volume buttons to no avail whatsoever? Has good issued a statement on this? Thanks!
gotta hold down the trackball, volume down, and power button all simultaneously.
just give google tech support a call, they were extremely helpful. they know that the froyo is having problems with phones that are running Panda home, Helixlauncher2, and Ahome.
heres the #1-888-48-NEXUS (63987) they will walk you through step by step till your phones back in working order.
eezee-thanx so much--all of you , really thank you--you guys make a newcomer feel welcome--and give good support/recommendations....i did try every combo--holding all 3 down, etc---just a 'circle-jerk'...
will call that support number

Hi, thanks for the recommendation and called Google Support and HTC and my N1 now doesn't even boot ... screen is blank and power light is not even on.
The yellow light now refuses to go on after trying to reboot.
