PC Suite for Windows7

Good evening to all. I have just got the Nexus One and I can't get over how great it is. Up there with the iPhone and Nokia N95 8gb (relevant for their times).
I am trying to find 2 things.
The first is a PC Suite for the Nexus One, on a Windows7 OS.
The next is a safe and secure place to update to 2.2.

Is there such a place for these to exist? And if so, where is it?

but iv never tried it, dont personally like unofficial suits, but its there nonetheless

As for the 2.2 update, you'll have to wait for your carrier to send it out to you, manually request one (not sure how this works, you type a code in the call menu and it queues you?) or manually download it and update yourself (done it myself).

There is also a program doubleTwist which is like an iTunes client to sync your media to your android phone (and a bunch of other devices). But unlike Nokia/Ovi PC Suite (and other PC Suites), you can't access the phone's data (messages, contacts, call logs, etc.).

I have downloaded DoubleTwist, and it does work like it should. But the video's don't fill the screen. There is about a 5-7mm edge all the way round.
Can anyone suggest a file manager that could convert my videos to fill the screen?
