Which ROM are you currently on?
Do you have a custom recovery installed?
Android version 2.3.3
Build number GRI40
Yes i did installed a custom recovery.
Since you are on stock, you can just flash the update through recovery...
Just boot into recovery and flash this file (not as an update, but as a zip - and DO NOT wipe).

Since you have a custom recovery, you also have the option to keep root...
If you want to keep root, you will have to flash these two files also from recovery (and DO NOT reboot before you have flashed the update and these two files)

i belief its this one/file: recovery-RA-passion-v2.2.1.img - MD5Sum: 3def709ab1c9e051a92a1c8b1504a36a
1 - Download all three files from the earlier post to the SD card on your phone.
2 - Power off the phone
3 - Boot into bootloader (hold volume down and power for a few seconds, until you boot into a white screen with text and 3 androids).
4 - Use the volume keys to highlight RECOVERY, and use power key to select (phone may be unresponsive for a few seconds).
Phone will boot into recovery.
You should get a black screen with slime green text.
5 - Select "Flash zip from SD card" (use trackball to move and select)
6 - Select "Toggle signature verification"
7 - Select "Choose zip from SD card"
8 - Navigate to the update zip and select (file name starts with 71d2f9ecd610.signed... etc)
9 - While still in recovery flash the other two zips (if you don't do this you will lose root. If you reboot before doing this, you will have to re-root the hard way).
10 - Select "Reboot system now", and enjoy...
tanxx mate

The first zip that you install IS the update. When you reboot, you will have 2.3.4 installed... xD
