prefix when dialing land line phones
Hi..! Need help..pls
am in colombia and bought my nexus in usa unlocked.
When dial a land line ph nr from my contacts, there is no problem.
But if i re-dial them from my "recent calls" list, it doesnt dial the area codes, but takes only one nr... And i have to input the whole nr by hand...!
Ex: I dial 034-300-6000 [the 034 is the prefix to dial land line nrs]
and if i "redial", it dials: (4) 300-6000, which of course my ph company does not understand and says that the call ..."cant go thru"....!!
My tigo operator says it is a matter of finding out 'how' to have the nexus to "delete" the prefix so the ph can 'read" the complete nr as i have in my contacts list...
But the nexus doesnt have any way to delete any prefix nr...
I read that in mexico have the same problem...
Anybody could help pls..??
Thanks in advance...
