Welcome to the site. What carrier do you have in Ireland? Do they use the same frequencies as T-Mobile?

I have no idea of the frequencies used. Im on a carrier called meteor, but we have vodafone, o2, three and a few small companies like tesco! I think its the same frequencies as all the other european lads have said UMTS 2100. Any word if that frequency will be supported?

No UMTS 1200 currently, it supports UMTS/HSUPA on 850/1,700/1,900 frequencies.

They will likely release a second version for the AT&T network and I believe that will probably fix you right up.
