    Hmmmmm...
Well, your phone is working at least.
I've rolled you back to an earlier version of Android, but was hoping to get you completely up to date.

Try using it for a day or so, and reboot occasionally, then try again to access recovery. If it's still not working, send me a PM...

The other option - do you wanna root your phone?
You can then make complete backups in case you ever get in trouble again, and can flash any ROM you like (you've just flashed a ROM, btw), and all that good stuff...

Think it over, because I'm going to bed...
Use your phone in the meantime, and let me know what you decide.

Put the card back in your Nexus, boot into bootloader, and it will ask you if you want to install. Select yes...

You could download the same one because you are flashing it as an update to bring you to that version even if you were on a previous or later version.

But now you say you can't access recovery so what were you doing before this happend?

It needs to be PASSIMG.zip not update.zip and I believe it will ask you in bootloader you don't need to manualy go to recovery someone correct me if I'm wrong cause I personally have never done the PASSIMG method.
