Please read: I need help going from 2.2.1 to 2.3.3

    Hey everyone,
thank you for taking your time to read this and maybe even help me out.

I managed to downgrade my Nexus One from 2.3.3 to an korean version 2.2.1

    Phone and system INFO:

    Model Number: Nexus One
    Android Version: 2.2.1
    Baseband version: 32.50.00.32U_5.12.00.08
    Kernel Version: 2.6.32.9-ge8111ea htc-kernel@u18000-Build-149#1
    Build Number: 2.18.1010.4 CL269498 release-keys.

I've tried a lot of things, I tried going to the FRG 33 version and failed.
I've tried going directly from this one to 2.3.3 a.k.a GRI40 but that also failed.
    My hboot is version 35.
Also I tried checking for updates but its empty.

Please help me to get to Gingerbread a.k.a android system 2.3.3

    Thanks a lot in advanced

PS: I know how to name the stuff and I know the process how to start an upgraded file or start a PASSIMG file. I just don't know which one I need etc.

Use FRG33 from here (I'm not familiar with the Korean image, so let's make sure you are completely stock). You should also be able to then use the GRI40 image to update...

Did you try the GRI40 as an update.zip? It may work?

The other option is to just root, since it's easier before you upgrade to 2.3?
