    What I did was export some out of gmail to see how the .csv was organized, Then did outlook and checked to make sure the columns were inthe correct location as well as the headers.

    Gmail is a little picky about the headers. Case sensitivity and hyphens must be perfect. Rename them exactly like this....

    First Name
    Last Name
    company
    mobile phone
    home phone
    business phone
    home fax
    business fax
    e-mail address
    E-mail 2 Address
    E-mail 3 Address
    birthday
    notes

    You can use all or any of these headers in any order as long as they are spelled exactly like I have them above.

    Also, does Outlook give you options for CSV export formats? There are atleast 2 different types of CSV formats. Use the one that looks like a normal spreadsheet with columns. The other format looks confusing and the headers are weird.
