    I had 0 problems with the G1, and I got that a week after launch... and now almost a month with the N1 and at least 5 problems... $530!?!??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!

    When I called the help line, they explained the situation and said I could still access the internet by using a wifi connection. I already knew that but that's ok. Anyway, while connected to wifi, I find I'm unable to play any youtube videos. No matter what video I try to play (using the youtube app or the tunewiki app), it just sits there trying to load it. I have to force close it.

    Anyone else having this problem while connected to wifi?

    I called T-Mobile and after about 20 minutes of their "Trouble Shooting", they referred me to HTC.

    T-Mobile had me reset the phone and check to make sure that I was indeed on their network.

    HTC and I spoke for another 20 minutes and we both agree that this is an issue with T-Mobile and the account.

    I don't see how this could be HTC's fault? To me, the account settings from T-Mobile's end are not coded correctly.

    ya, this is not HTC's fault, a rep on the phone said T-Mobile did an update to their network last night. Lucky for us this "updated" our phones from working fine (subjective) to not having data capabilities. Phone functions work fine but data is broke.

    T-mobile:
    uuuuuuuuuuuuu....


    edit: i forgot to specify, the rep said that it only affects the Android data.

    I just called Tmobile and they said it was a server-side problem and they are working on it -

    I asked them if there was a refund available for loss of service, and they said they would "make a note for a $5 inconvenience charge" (not sure if anything will really happen) -

    I only need another 105 inconvenience refunds and this sucker is payed for :-)

    My husband called and told me he was having this problem with his N1 so I checked mine and the internet popped right up with no issues, strange!

    Update: I just restarted my phone and data capabilities are back. Looks like they fixed it here at least (LA)
