    Unhappy email error

    Got an error message when opening an email message. "Sorry! The application Email (process com.android.email) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." Any help. Thanks.

    Did the email have an attachment with it?

    If it's just to one, it may of been a network glitch / or something wrong on the senders side.

    No, no messages can be opened. really bad.

    I'm assuming that it was working before.

    Check your settings, make sure nothing got erased by mistake.

    If not you may have to give your network carrier a call.

    Unless someone has another suggestion.

    Found a solution:-
    1) From the home screen click the menu button (4 horizontal lines) then Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications. Then click the Menu button and select Filter -> All.

    2) Scroll down to the Email app and click on it (it won't show until you change the filter to All).

    3) click clear cache. Reboot the phone and try opening an email again,
