What a phone! but a little help needed

I have been loving the N1 since I picked it up a couple of weeks ago. It is so quick, the screen is fantastic but the best thing is that I can tailor it exactly to my needs/preferences. I also particularly like the shortcuts to call or message people and the fact that youtube remembers where I was in the video if I lock the screen. The apps are amazing and there is so much to do I don't know where I'll find the time. Aldiko, urbanspoon and google earth have particularly caught the eye. It is also great that you get refunded if you don't like the app. The email syncs so well with my work account (has always caused me issues on other systems) and even the stock browser is great. I am using it on Orange UK and the 3G has been impressive. Compared to my HTC diamond, also on Orange, it holds the 3G signal better, believe it or not. I also like the fact that the phone doesn't mount automatically as I am mostly plugging it in to charge.

Now I was hoping you guys could help with a couple of things:

    1. I have one issue with Handcent. The customisation is unbelievable but I can't switch one thing off. When I long hold the search button it now gives me the option of quick message or voice search. I would just prefer it to go straight into voice search (default) but can't seem to get rid of the handcent option. There is a setting for it in handcent but if you choose to switch it off it still stays as an option when you long press search it just means you can't access the quick message when you press it(?) anyone figured this out?

    2. When I am listening to music and someone calls it doesn't interrupt the music. Is there a setting for this? I have it on vibrate

    3. I had my phone in a bag today and when I took it out 2hours later the battery had died. Strange, because the battery has been fine. When I charged it and went to find out what had used the battery it just had 'while last unplugged for 0s' in a grey bar at the top. Any idea what this means?

    4. I have all my music with album art. The art is in each album folder, I presume so the right art goes with the right music. However this means that the gallery pulls up each album cover as a separate file and now I have 15 folders in my gallery instead of just photos, downloads and bluetooth. Any ideas how to fix this?

Sorry for the long post and newbie question, thanks for reading it and any help is greatly appreciated. Lets hope Google keeps developing it because they are developing the most innovative web based solutions and this phone is awesome already!

I'm new to this also, but I could answer #4. The only way to fix this is to imbed the album art in the tag of the mp3 files, then deleting the album art in each folder. The music player should be able to pull the album art from the tag.

I use the program Mp3tag, it's pretty cool. Give it a try, it's free.
