I've been over in the issues section and there are certainly issues. I'm just looking for the most common ones.

The touchscreen bug is the most common. The screen registers your clicks randomly.

signal strength doesn't seem as strong as some other phones. the 4 softkey buttons are off. it's like you have to press a little above them for them to work. those are the two i can think of

touchscreen needs help. It seems worse for some? I can tell there are problems, but it rarely slows me down any and I don't really have too much of an issue with it. That said, the real principle of the matter is that a touch screen in the Spring of 2010 should NOT have any issues! We are not beta testers and the phone is over $500

What the next 2 issues are will be different depending on usage. My other 2 'issues' I would list are:
Bluetooth streaming issues, and no voice dial
lots of apps will bog the phone down.

others will list not being able to see the screen in different lights, short battery life, the phone not being released on their network, etc...
Most of the issues seem to be software related. Thats good news as they should be updated and fixed.

Alot of the neat stuff that people are able to do being rooted show what some simple software updates can do for all of us.

I would agree with number 3, but my girlfriend is about as big a gadget geek as I am and she plays with my phone a hell of a lot too!
