Nexus one is not charging when I insert the usb / wall charger

    Hello...

Does anyone else out there have the same problem as me?
Well, whenever I insert the usb / wall charger, my n1 often would not charge.
However, when I took out the battery and put it back in, sometimes it will start charging again. ( not all the time though... )

What is wrong with my N1?

PS - On the ' slide to unlock ' screen, it says that my phone is charging, but when you look at the battery logo, it isn't.
The battery percentage just keeps going down.

Sounds like you have a defective 'USB port' / charging Circuit, on your Nexus.

You may have no choice but to give HTC a call...

Yeah, check the pins on the inside of the USB port. On one of my old BB's that had the micro USB charger, one of the pins got bent. It thought it was charging, but it wasnt since there was a pin contact missing.
    Bought the AT&T N1.

Hmm, people on xda forum told me that it's because of the fact that I OC/SetCPU/Kernel.

Um they said I will be able to charge again when the battery goes < 90%, which is true for my phone.

Interesting. Any idea why that combination of changes causes this?

I'm not sure, but feel free to check my thread on xda forum periodically to see if anyone explain the cause of it.
