Thanks for your reply.
Basically I am not happy with the phone's functionality of the iphone. I have never seen an N1 let alone play with one. I need to be very careful before I take a plunge to get the N1.
I am quite used to Symbian OS & does the N1's phone functionality works similarly to the Symbian OS?
The weaknesses of the iphone are:
1/ Bluetooth only good for headset. You cannot bluetooth songs, pictures, notes & photos to another phone & vice versa.
2/ You cannot selectively delete recent call list. Is all or nothing.
3/ You cannot store new contact into the SIM card but only to the phone memory.
4/ You need to sync with itunes whenever you want to do something with it. Too dependent on itunes.
Can you have multiple email accounts besides gmail like yahoo?
As I understand Facebook is preloaded but its functionality is still lilmited to updating your status, pictures & so forth.
Does it mean to say Facebook works better in iphone than N1? I must say I have no issues using facebook in my iphone.
Last but not least, N1 is not officially available in my country (Malaysia) & as such I cannot download "paid apps." I believe "free apps" is possible.
I can get from Singapore which is officially available there. HTC singapore will handle all NI's warranty claims.
Replies from N1's users pertaining to my questions above would be greatly appreciated. Have a nice day!!!!
Before I forget, you must leave the iphone ON or else the alarm will not work.
AFAIK, this must be the only phone that does it.
Does it work this way for the N1 too?
Thank you.
Actually the Nexus One's delivery report system is faulty.
It reports 'sent to network' as 'delivered'
Other phones would call what the Nexus reports as 'delivered' as 'pending'
Hi there, im having a similar problem....when i send mms it says its still pending from my phone....yet my contact has received my mms...i dont get no delivery report nor a read report and i have these settings checked to receive them....any help would be great...Thank you
