    $45 Restock Fee

    I would like to think I am tech savvy since I am a database administrator/application manager, but I guess that remains to be seen.

    One last question...If the phone is defective and you want a replacement within the first 14 days of owning the phone, do you still have to pay the restocking fee?

    No restocking fee on warranty repair/replacement..only when you cancel the contract.
