That means CM should be out in the next couple of days? FroYo is to be out on May 19th.

As long as Cyanogen can utilize the rumoured performance increase i will move from 5.0.6 to Cyanogen Froyo and hoping it can be an update rather than a fresh flash ?

I rooted my G1 when I got it way back when, and I rooted the first Nexus One that I got the first day I had it. Then I had hardware issues and had to send it back, luckily HTC didn't care that it was rooted. But because of that, I've not rooted the new N1 they sent me, because with Froyo, I can get most of the functionality that I can get with CM, and I don't need to worry about warranty.

On top of that, there was always something that wasn't quite right when running a CM build - I've noticed that my battery life is significantly better on the stock Android then on CM when I had it installed, and I can still use all of the apps that I did before (minus tethering, which is coming soon with Froyo).
