$225. 5 lines.. 1 blackberry, 1 3gs, 1 milestone, 1 nexus one, and one basic flip. Unlimited txt and data on all.

O2 Germany, with no contract period (30 days termination of account).
Data: Unlimited 3G Internet for €8.50/month (about $10). Tethering only allowed at GPRS speeds unless you upgrade to the $30/month tariff.
Voice: Incoming, texts/calls completely free.
Voice: Outgoing, No free texts or call minutes. Pay per-text and per-call. My charges for texts and calls is usually under $5 per month.
My bills are therefore about $15 per month.
