Probably would hold out for $550 myself...

(Also depends on whether you have it under an ATT contract)

Well I am under contract but the phone is still unlocked. Getting tired of AT&T and thinking about going to Sprint (EVO 4G).

Yeah, I had a friend with the same dilemma which is why I asked. The way he did it was to advertise on craigslist and put in the description that you want them to TAKE OVER your contract (all the carriers do this I believe, they just have to sign a couple forms). This keeps your from getting hit with a $175 termination fee

Only problem is most people are lazy and want just the phone unlocked so it takes a couple of days of sifting through the lazy buyers.

Just wondering, which contract are you currently on? In case I know anyone who wants to take over for you...

Ah I see but I will be canceling my contract (down to $125 ETF) with the money I get from selling my Nexus.

You will get more if you are willing to ship overseas. When I sold my virtually new T-Mobile Nexus One on EBay, I ended up with about $440 after all of the fees and shipping, but I wasn't willing to deal with international buyers.

You can look on EBay for sold Nexus Ones.

    AT&T ne:nexusx:us S on AT&T
AT&T ne:nexusx:us one on Taiwan Mobile [Missing in Taipei]
    Archos 70 with UrukDroid

Did you buy it on contract ($179) or off contract ($529) because $440 seems too low if it was the latter.

I know, just didn't see it in his signature that it was a AT&T Nexus.
