This threat isn't about the product itself as I've said right from the beginning it's about the CS, every product has a CS, it's how they respond on the issues.
The product it great has done it's job but it's when thing go sour that's when you look at the product is it worth it, losing 7 days worth of connecting to my work etc is not worth it in my experience. I have had 7 days worth of chasing up my tail end from everyone including director only to find out that my phone is out.
So ask i've said before the product is fantastic but it's the CS that is a real pain in the back side.

After a week I'd have just done a factory reset, personally. That's long enough for me to assume they're not going to help.
Been using WS on several Android devices and it's never taken longer than a few hours for an email reply on issues or bugs....
