    How does the trackball hold up?

    i have had blackberry's in the past and for me atleast, the trackballs would always get messed up and stop working over time. I'm interesting in getting a nexus one and I'm wondering how the trackball holds up over time

    It's ok, mines is still working after the 2 months I had it for. Honestly though I hardly ever use it. I think I used it maybe once every 2 weeks. For me the touch screen makes the trackball not an issue.

    I've had mine since january and I use the track ball alot and I havn't had any problems..hopefully I never do.

    I just realized you can use the trackball as your camera shutter button instead of the onscreen button.

    Can trackballs be replaced if they do go bad?

    I use mine often and have had no problems with it. I really like the trackball.

    As far as replacing the trackball I really don't know. It looks like it would not be that hard though.
