Is the latest FROYO FRF83 is final?

In Google IO meeting they showed that you can take Photo from Google Buzz (micro website) and upload it. But it is still not available. This pops me a question whether the latest is final. What do you think guys?

Google decoupled a lot of the "built-in" applications from the OS. That way they can update apps (like Calendar/Email) without having to push an entire OS update. Google Buzz isn't built-in and probably hasn't been updated in the Google store since Froyo hasn't been pushed to every phone yet.

Wait..how can you tell that the calendar and email apps have been decoupled? Is there a list of these decoupled apps?

FRF83 is not the final build. Hell, it's not even the latest build.

Seems like more OTA's are going out now. People are reporting getting FRF85B from stock claims file is 44.5MB.

    Don't know how genuine but:
