    dang, this is by far the best thread i've ever started haha.

    You can really notice the speed if you've ever used Google Goggles before 2.2, now it is far speedier.

    Installed mine manually on my stock 2.1 AT&T phone this morning. Downloaded the Flash app, tested tethering... we're all set. Nice!

    I notice a few bugs are still there.. like downloading an app from the market if it doesn't download right away you have to stop and restart google talk.

    woohoo fro-yo goodness. but I had to download a rooted version from How to install the final release of Froyo with or without root on your Nexus One.. got that from the link from the Google help forums.

    I did a manual upgrade today because I couldn't wait for the OTA. One question; the zip upgrade file I put on my sd card it's 82 mb I can delete it right? I know it is an elementary question but just making sure.:nexusx: 2.2 Yessir

    I've used the download link associated with the Engadget article and it works fine =). FroYo is now on my AT&T Nexus One. FINALLY!>.

    has anybody updated from manual FRF50 to FRF85? which package should I use? there seems to be more than one.
