Looks like I'm slumming it with my HTC Diamond for a while yet. Can't believe how much I miss the N1 already... Got really used to it..

    3 Days... Uh huh, right....

Edit: If you're in Canada, I guess it's better to send the phone in on a Wednesday or thursday. Sending on Monday is just 2-3 days extra without your phone.
I called again to check the status of my phone and was told that, in addition to Fridays, they receive shipments on Mondays as well. Unfortunately, the HTC rep said that I'd have to call back some time after 1PM EDT to find out if they received my phone yesterday because their system wont update with that information until then.

I called Monday, and yesterday, and they still don't have my phone.

Get this: It didn't even ship from Markham. As of yesterday, it was still in Canada. It's been almost a week and a half, and HTC doesn't even have it yet.

Same. My status still says "Awaiting delivery". I'm using that link f4corsair posted.

I'm so sick of calling every day. One week for my shipping label to come, one week waiting for them to ship to Texas. 2 weeks now, and nothing. I am stuck using my wife's crapberry.

I wish I had read this thread before sending my N1 to HTC for repair. I was told by a rep that it usually takes 5 business days from the time that I sent my phone in to when I would get it back. I was so surprised at their efficiency when I heard that. Guess I should have known better. I dropped off my phone at a FedEx Kinko's location on 7/20 (Tues morning) and till yesterday haven't heard anything from them. I checked FedEx's website and it showed that the package was delivered on 7/21. So, I called HTC yesterday 7/26 to check on the status of the repair. A rep told me that it's showing the package had been received by HTC on 7/21 but it hasn't been scanned into their system yet, and it takes 24-72 hours for a package to be scanned in. What?? That's not what I was told before I sent in my phone. Very disappointed in their customer service. God knows when I'll get by phone back now.

I feel your pain dude... I just called them today and they still haven't fixed my phone. I filed a repair ticket July 5th, and end of this week it will be 1 month...

    I was told 1 - 1 1/2 weeks...

They finally got my phone on Saturday. The status at https://e2e-tracking-us.htc.com/ViewTicket.aspx now says "We are repairing your phone". I'm going to call again anyway, just to see if they can expedite the return home somehow... I don't feel like waiting another 2 weeks to get it back...

Any update on your phone? My status just changed to "We are repairing..." after a week.

It's been "We are repairing your phone" all week, and I've been calling every day. Getting much more info from the phone calls. Apparently, when I phoned on Tuesday, it was "in testing". On Friday, it was still "in testing" which seemed strange. The rep looked into it though, and apparently it had gone back for repair twice (therefore "in testing" twice), possibly not being fixed right the first time.

I just got back into town, and now my status says "We are delivering your phone to you." Yippee! I just hope it doesn't get help up somewhere for 2 weeks again... I really need it before I head off to my honeymoon at the end of Aug.
