    YAY!!!

I just phoned yesterday afternoon, and they said it hadn't been sent yet, but then I got a shock when it appeared at my door today. That was really fast... I wonder if it's because I complained about not having it for a full month...

Happily restoring my phone to it's old state. Camera seems to be better, but I'll need to test it some more when I'm done updating.

I just got my phone today. That's one month! They replaced my entire motherboard. If anyone else is having that constant restart issue, replacing the motherboard could solve it. I haven't played with it much, but will update within a week and let you guys know if I see any problems.

I can also report that my camera is now working properly.

Crazycanuck, how did you find out what they did exactly? I didn't get any kind of report on what happened with mine, just that they fixed and tested it twice... Did you get some kind of email from HTC, or was it a rep that explained it to you?

I called. The box has nothing but my phone in it. I was paranoid they might have not found anything wrong with the phone and the one month waiting was a waste.

Wow, this is insane. I called last friday and had the same Rebooting issue, except mine sometimes get stuck on the boot screen. I have been waiting for a week now for a mailing label and still nothing, very disappointed. Probably will sell the Nexus once it's fixed. Totally Unacceptable "service" if you even want to call it that.

yea... same experience for me. Give them a bad review, they will call you back. They called me back. You should complain for a free car dock or desk charger for all your wasted time.

Btw, after one week of using the phone, I have no experienced any problems. They fixed the issue.

The funny part is I didn't even get a chance to play with the phone. Got it off my friend on the 26th, he called in on the 25th (without my knowledge, he said it was working perfectly before he shipped it out), got to my house on the 31st rebooting already. To be honest, I'm most likely selling the device and going back to blackberry. I really wanted to like Android but every device I've tried had issues or short comings (here's my list: Motorola Milestone x5, Sony Ericsson Xperia X10x3, Motorola Milesone XT701x2, HTC Legend and recently the HTC Desire) The inconsistency with the software updates and this horrible experience from HTC/Google Nexus One which is suppose to be the king of all Androids has left me not wanting any Android phones and/or HTC devices.

Hopefully it gets back fixed so I won't have a hard time selling it.

i can't believe this, my phone is still not fixed! i had been testing out my phone for almost 2 full weeks now since getting it back from repair. the same problem keeps happening, that is people can't hear me talk! so i called htc again and was told they didn't find the problem so nothing was done to my phone!!!!!! i would have to send it in again for them to take another look at it. debating whether i should just ask for a replacement and lose the engraving in the back or send my phone in again for repair. i'm just afraid that they will keep saying there is nothing wrong with my phone without really taking a look at it. any thoughts on this?
